A Little About Mandala
My name's Amanda, I'm 24 and I have been a yogi for about 4 years. I attended my first yoga class unaware how much this would alter my experience in life. From that first time on the mat, I learnt my limitations, and learnt to face them and slowly overtime my limits changed. I learnt the power of the breath and how the breath can help deal with anxieties and stress. Mostly, I learnt to slow down. Slowing down my thoughts, breath, my band slowing down throughout my life.
My intentions are to recreate how I experience my own practice and share it further. To show others how to connect with the heart and see the beauty in the breath.
